We are pleased to announce a series of promotions across the team at MOLA Architecture, acknowledging the dedication, talent and leadership of colleagues who continue to make an important contribution to the practice and our work across architecture, interiors and urban design.

Gosia Meder-Baumann has been appointed Associate Director, reflecting her leadership, experience and longstanding contribution to the practice. She has played a key role in the delivery of projects and the continued development of the studio over many years. Gosia will have particular responsibility for the Education Sector, an area in which the practice has seen significant growth in recent years.

David O’Mahony and Padraig Connolly have been promoted to Associate. Their appointments acknowledge the depth of experience, creativity and commitment they bring to projects and clients across the practice. Based in the Dublin office, David continues to play an important role across a range of projects and sectors, while Padraig will lead the Limerick office and support the practice’s growing presence in the region.

Laura Irwin, Nick Cunningham and Sadhbh Hynes have been promoted to Senior Architect, reflecting their continued commitment to design quality, collaboration and project delivery.

Colin Jackson has been promoted to Senior Technologist in recognition of his technical expertise and contribution to the delivery of complex projects across the practice.
