The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Interior Designer with proven experience leading workplace design projects. This is a chance to take ownership of high profile projects, work directly with clients and mentor the next generation of designers. You’ll be central to shaping environments that inspire people and ideas to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of workplace projects from concept to completion
- Manage client relationships and present design concepts with confidence
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and consultants for seamless project execution
- Mentor and guide junior and mid level designers
- Oversee project timelines, budgets and deliverables
- Prepare design documentation, specifications and presentations
What We’re Looking For
- 6–7+ years’ experience in workplace design, including 1–2+ years in a senior or project lead role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating workplace design excellence for high calibre clients
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
- A collaborative, detail driven approach with the ability to manage multiple projects
