The Campus Cherrywood

The Campus at Cherrywood represents a significant transformation of the former Cherrywood Business Park into a contemporary workplace landscape with a strong emphasis on amenity and biophilic design. Delivered through a phased masterplan, the project upgrades existing office buildings, landlord areas and shared tenant facilities, while improving public realm and establishing a coherent identity across the campus. Works include the recladding and refurbishment of office structures, enhanced receptions, the provision of high-quality changing facilities and secure storage for cyclists, and the introduction of new communal spaces for meetings, socialising and events.

A defining element of the strategy is the creation of a nature-based civic heart at the centre of the campus. The Cherrywood Canopy and Biophilic Sunken Garden form a sheltered gathering space that links basement parking with the campus level and acts as a social hub between buildings. Meeting pods positioned within the landscape offer quiet places for collaboration and focused work, extending the working day outdoors and encouraging informal exchange. Planting, topography, timber and water contribute to a calm microclimate that reinforces wellbeing and supports biodiversity.

Taken together, these interventions reposition the Campus as an high quality and accessible environment that promotes collaboration, sustainable mobility and a new culture of workplace life within Cherrywood.
