Capital Dock completes the final block of Dublin’s South Quays at Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, establishing a prominent waterfront address adjacent to Grand Canal Dock. The development forms a significant mixed-use campus comprising 32,000 sq m of commercial office space and 17,600 sq m of residential accommodation, including shared tenant amenity facilities. Positioned within the heart of the Docklands, it defines a strong urban edge and reinforces the area’s role as a key commercial and residential quarter.
MOLA Architecture is appointed as Interior Architect for the commercial offices and tenant amenity spaces. Working within a fast-track programme, the project builds on Kennedy Wilson’s completed core and shell to deliver a fully operational corporate workplace for a global financial institution. The commercial element comprises three LEED Gold office buildings.
Our role includes the design and delivery of CAT A office floors, landlord areas, reception environments and welfare facilities. We collaborate closely with the project architects and wider design team to ensure flexibility and long-term adaptability for future tenants. The interiors deliver a refined, contemporary workplace of international standard, underpinned by strong environmental performance across both base build and fit-out.
