MOLA Architecture is very proud to have led the design and design team for the Land Development Agency’s (LDA) plans to deliver 285 new homes on the landmark Limerick Gasworks site.

Transforming this prominent brownfield site into a vibrant residential neighbourhood represents a major step forward for Limerick’s Docklands regeneration, and we are delighted to be part of the team reimagining this important city centre location.

This Lodgement of the LRD marks an exciting chapter for Limerick – bringing new life to a historic industrial site while creating much-needed housing and new public realm.
