Avolon
MOLA were appointed in August 2019 to design Elavon’s new Irish headquarters in Cherrywood Business Park. The five storey fully glazed building offers panoramic views of the sea and the Dublin mountains. The goal was to bring together the company’s different teams and create a central hub that encourages collaboration and connection across the business.
The design embraces the generous natural light and sweeping views by placing workstations around the perimeter, while more enclosed offices, phone booths and focus rooms are gathered around the central core.
Each floor features its own work café, providing a welcoming space for relaxation, refreshment and informal meetings. The main staff café is located on the ground floor and also serves as an all hands space for larger gatherings.
Throughout the building, finishes are bright and fresh, creating a clean and inviting atmosphere that feels both professional and comfortable.
